Rasta Zar Investment Company (Private Joint Stock) was established in 2021 (1400 SH) with a license from the Securities and Exchange Organization (SEO) of Iran as an investment company and a financial institution operating in the capital market. The company is registered with the Tehran Companies Registration Office under National ID No. 14010295408 and Registration No. 583764, and is also listed with the Securities and Exchange Organization under Registration No. 11887.

At the time of establishment, the company’s initial capital amounted to 100 billion IRR, which was subsequently increased to 650 billion IRR in the first phase. In the next phase (currently in progress), the company’s capital will be further increased to 1.4 trillion IRR.

Investment Scope of Rasta Zar Investment Company:

    Investing in coins, precious metals, bank deposit certificates, and investment deposits with banks and licensed financial institutions in Iran or other countries.

    Investing in various other assets, including physical assets, production projects, and construction projects.
