Rasta Zar Investment Company (Private Joint Stock) was established in 2021 (1400 SH) with a license from the Securities and Exchange Organization (SEO) of Iran as an investment company and a financial institution operating in the capital market. The company is registered with the Tehran Companies Registration Office under National ID No. 14010295408 and Registration No. 583764, and is also listed with the Securities and Exchange Organization under Registration No. 11887.

At the time of establishment, the company’s initial capital amounted to 100 billion IRR, which was subsequently increased to 650 billion IRR in the first phase. In the next phase (currently in progress), the company’s capital will be further increased to 1.4 trillion IRR.

Investment Scope of Rasta Zar Investment Company:

  1. Equity Investments:
    Investing in shares, partnership interests, investment units, or other voting securities of companies, institutions, or investment funds with the objective of generating profit, without acquiring control over the investee entity or the ability to appoint or determine one or more directors or governing bodies of the investee company, institution, or fund.
  2. Non-Voting Securities:
    Investing in other securities that typically do not have voting rights and do not grant the holder the ability to appoint directors or control the issuer.
  3. Investments in Precious Assets and Banking Instruments:
    Investing in coins, precious metals, bank deposit certificates, and investment deposits with banks and licensed financial institutions in Iran or other countries.
  4. Other Investments:
    Investing in various other assets, including physical assets, production projects, and construction projects.
  5. Providing Capital Market-Related Services:
    Offering services related to the securities market and financial institutions, subject to approval or licensing by the Securities and Exchange Organization, including:
  • Assuming Positions in Financial Institutions
  • Securities Market Making and Financing
  • Participation in the obligation to underwrite securities
  • Guarantee of liquidity, principal or minimum interest of securities
  • Investing and participating in the establishment of financial institutions, stock exchanges and over-the-counter markets
